Developed expertise in launching a business in international marketplaces: Amazon and Alibaba, 2017.

Increased sales of the Braviloni and QAQADU trademark by 20% through the development of a new marketing strategy for products.

Launched Crib sheets on US and Canadian Amazon marketplaces in 3 months, 2018.

Developed a delivery strategy to optimize logistic expenses from China to the USA.

Restored the company's accounting from 2016 to 2017. Formed Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, 

Statement of Cash Flow reports to assess the financial results of the company.

Implemented the project “Visualization standard in retail outlets”, which resulted in a 20% saving of marketing budget.

Created and implemented a brand strategy to introduce the brand Barvinok to 48 new supermarkets around Western Ukraine.

Managed 5 chains of stores such as Arsen, Fresh, Soyuz, Kvartal, and Barvinok,  with UAH 54M of annual marketing budget and a team of 11 people.

Implemented over 100 events with Carlsberg Ukraine, Oleina TM, TM “Morosha TM, Nestle, Coca-Cola, etc. to build customer loyalty and increase sales.

Generated over UAH 6 million per year of additional revenue for the company with trade marketing activities.

Implemented an exclusive project “Visualization/branding of store categories by suppliers" in Ukraine.

Launched the project “It Tastes Better With Coca-Cola!”, which doubled the sales in 3 years.

Spearheaded a social project “Label Navigator” for 6th-grade school children, which was an educational course for correct reading of labels and choosing products. The course is included in the official program of Health and Wellness class and is studied in 135 schools in Lviv.

Spearheaded a charity project “2014 Give a child a smile” on Children's Day in Chernihiv, Kherson, and Lviv.
